New cards came in. Do I have to receive them?
Yes, you must receive the cards. Please log into TruCash Core and go to the Orders screen. You will see your order number on the left side of the report. Click "RECEIVE" on the order so they will be in your store system.

Where do I find the Proxy #?
On the "Load Card" page, there is a graphic with the Proxy Number highlighted on the carrier. Please match that to the card you will be assigning to a customer.

We're running low on cards, how do I order more?
Once your cards have gone below the Card Inventory Threshold, you will receive an automatic shipment. If you still need to manually order more, please go to Store Management > Store Details and press the "Place Card Order" button. Please keep in mind that this is not an automatic order, and the order will still need to be approved by your Regional or District Manager before it is allowed to ship. Alternatively, you can offer the customer a Virtual Card.

I'm using the Proxy # listed on the carrier, but it's saying I cannot use it at this location.
You may have received an incorrect shipment. Please contact mk-crmit@trucash.com for further instructions. Please include your store name, the first and last proxy numbers in the sequence of cards you received, and the amount of cards you were expecting to receive.

What is the maximum I can load onto a card?
The maximum amount we can load onto a card is $1500

How long does it take for customers to receive a Virtual Card?
The customer will receive an email in their account within 10 to 15 minutes from mailer@dcrstrategies.com. Remind them to check their spam or junk folder.

I can't see the history of a card I received. Where did it go?
After 7 days, your receiving history will be archived.

If I am seeing errors activating a card, who do I reach out to for support?
Please reach out to mk-inquiries@trucash.com. Please include your username, store, time of error, what steps you've already taken, and any relevant screenshots to expedite this escalation.

What is an Automatic Card Order and who sets the automatic order amounts?
Every store has a maximum amount of cards they can hold as well as a threshold where the system will detect they've reached and put in an order to top up the store inventory to the max amount again. These amounts have been set by the Mobile Klinik Administration team. If you've received an automatic card order, please go to the orders screen and click RECEIVE so that the cards can be added to your store's inventory.

No, we are only able to log into TruCash Core from our store location during business hours

I tried logging into TruCash Mobile Klinik Platform but I am getting an error saying Username is incorrect or Username does not exist
Please check the welcome email that has your username to ensure it is correct. If the issue persists, contact your store, regional, or district manager and they will be able to help confirm your username for you.

Please contact a Mobile Klinik Administrator and they will be able to unlock your account for you

I forgot my password. How do I resolve this?
Please use the Forgot Password link on the login screen. This will provide you with an email to reset the password.

I forgot my username. Where can I find it?
Please check your emails to find the "Welcome to TruCash Core" email. If you no longer have the email with the username, please reach out to your store, regional, or district manager and they will be able to confirm your username for you.

How do I change my password?
Click on the icon at the top right of the screen, then click on Account Information to see your individual details. Under your password, there is an Edit link. You will have to enter your new password twice to confirm it and then press Save.

A user in one of the stores is marked as disabled, who can I contact to activate the user?

Cardholer Questions

Can the cardholder use their physical card online?
Yes, wherever VISA is accepted. They can log into their Cardholder Online Portal at mobileklinik.trucash.com, enter their card information, and log in to check or update their Account Information.

Can the cardholder use their virtual card in-stores?
No, it is only for use online, where VISA is accepted.

How can cardholders check their balance?
Physical cardholders can log into mobileklinik.trucash.com or download the Mobile Klinik Balance Checker app on the App Store or the Play Store. Virtual cardholders will receive an email with their login details, and can check their balance on mobileklinikvirtual.trucash.com

Where do the cardholders find their PIN to make purchases?
These cards only have a magnetic stripe. They will only need to swipe and sign for in-store purchases.
